Online Training Profile

To all registered leaders:

A new resource is available at www.myscouting.org under the Training tab. It is a tool titled "Training Validation" which allows all registered leaders to access their training records on file in ScoutNet. I would like to encourage ALL leaders to check this record against their own personal record of trainings they have completed.  Please update the missing or inaccurate information with the Training Record Update form. This form can also be found: http://www.gec-bsa.org/resources/forms under Administrative Forms, Training Record Update. After you have entered just the trainings that need to be updated, please email the form to: jvelasquez@gecbsa.org so that the ScoutNet record can be updated.

Thank you for spending the time to be sure that the Golden Empire Council has the most accurate record of the trainings you have completed.

Make sure that you affiliate your Online Training profile with Golden Empire Council 047, and your BSA Person ID Number as shown on your BSA wallet card.  This is the only way that completed training will be posted to your official BSA member record and your MyScouting.org record.
