The Council staff will be of vacation during the week of Thanksgiving.  After Thanksgiving, the office will remain closed to the public due to COVID-19 regulations.  Office staff will be available starting November 30th to receive recharter documents and other paperwork on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 2.00 pm.  A staff member will meet with you outside the office.  Masks are required.
